CANCELLATION POLICY

You are very important to us, and your appointment is reserved especially for you. To respect our time and other clients waiting for availability, we have the following policy in place.

Cancellation & Deposit Policy

  • A 10% deposit is required for all appointments to reserve your time. This deposit is applied toward your service total on the day of your appointment.
  • If you cancel, reschedule, or no-show on the same day, your deposit will be forfeited.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice, you will be responsible for paying 50% of the scheduled service in order to rebook.

  • If you cancel, reschedule, or no-show on the same day, you will be responsible for paying 100% of the scheduled service in order to rebook.

  • If you reschedule an appointment 2 consecutive times, a new $20 deposit will be required to hold your next appointment. This deposit will go toward your service.

  • If the appointment is rescheduled a 3rd time, the deposit will be forfeited.

APPOINTMENT RESCHEDULES & CANCELLATIONS MUST BE DONE WITHIN OUR SCHEDULING HOURS.

Monday – Saturday 8am – 8pm
Sunday – Closed
Holidays – Closed
Cancellations & Reschedules made after 8 pm, on Sunday, or on a Holiday will be deemed to be received the next business day.
Our confirmation text is sent 96 hours prior to your appointment. If you are not receiving appointment notification texts, please let us know and we will correct it immediately.

We are very understanding and In the event of an emergency, our policy will be implemented on a case by case basis.

CHILDREN POLICY

To our amazing clientele,
It’s no secret that we love you and your minis! Having children in the salon poses unique and unforeseen challenges. Unfortunately we cannot assure their safety in the salon. We have hot tools, chemical products, sharp objects, and no facilities to care for your children while you are in our hands. We kindly ask that you do not bring children to accompany you during your services. It is in everyone’s best interest that children stay safe and out of harms way. It is important to us here at East Palm that we provide you with the service and attention you deserve along with providing a relaxing and luxurious experience for all of our guests. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.
